To provide a flight route learning device for learning total energy consumption to be consumed by an unmanned flying body for each flight route to fly by way of a plurality of via-points set in the periphery of a structure, and also to provide a flight route determination device and flight device using the same.SOLUTION: A flight route learning device 2 includes: an energy consumption information input section 3 for receiving an input of energy consumption information being the information of energy consumption of an unmanned flying body for each direction and speed of wind to which the unmanned flying body is exposed; a substantive wind information input section 4 for receiving an input of substantive wind information being the information of a substantive direction and speed of wind to which the unmanned flying body, which is to be changed by position relation between a structure and a flying body and a wind direction; and a learning section 5 for learning both of a plurality of flight routes which are set for each combination for the unmanned flying body to pass a plurality of via-points and total energy consumption to be consumed by flying of the unmanned flying body for each one of the flying routes based on the energy consumption information and the substantive wind information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
