The upper surfaces of the fingers 52A and 52B include: principle planes 53A and 53B extending in the extending direction De along the travel surface; inclined surfaces 54A and 54B that are inclined so as to be separated from the principle planes 53A and 53B in the height direction; and chamfered surfaces 55A and 55B that are inclined or curved so as to be separated from the travel surface in the height direction with an incline larger than the inclined surfaces 54A and 54B.
