To provide an energy storage stack fixing structure which can inhibit an impact from being input to an energy storage stack during a rear collision of a vehicle.SOLUTION: An energy storage module fixing structure 10 includes: an energy storage module 20 disposed at the front side of a rear cross member 1; and a bracket 30 which fixes the energy storage module 20 to the rear cross member 1. The energy storage module 20 includes: an energy storage stack 21 formed by laminating energy storage cells 25 in a vertical direction; and an upper restraint member 22 and a lower restraint member 23 which sandwich the energy storage stack 21 in the vertical direction. One end 31 side of the bracket 30 is fixed to the upper restraint member 22, and the other end 32 side of the bracket 30 is fixed to the rear cross member 1 at a position lower than a position where the one end 31 side of the bracket 30 is fixed to the upper restraint member 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】車両の後突時に、蓄電スタックに衝撃が入力されることを抑制することができる蓄電スタックの固定構造を提供する。【解決手段】蓄電モジュールの固定構造10は、リヤクロスメンバ1の前方側に配置される蓄電モジュール20と、蓄電モジュール20をリヤクロスメンバ1に固定するブラケット30と、を備える。蓄電モジュール20は、複数の蓄電セル25が上下方向に積層された蓄電スタック21と、蓄電スタック21を上下方向に挟み込む上方側拘束部材22および下方側拘束部材23とを含む。ブラケット30の一端31側は、上方側拘束部材22に固定され、ブラケット30の他端32側は、ブラケット30の一端31側が上方側拘束部材22に固定された位置よりも低い位置でリヤクロスメンバ1に固定される。【選択図】図1
