To reliably change a carrier frequency when a request torque to a motor increases.SOLUTION: A PCU 14 drives a MG 12 as a power source of a movable body by supplying a driving signal modulated according to a carrier frequency. A prediction unit realized by a motor driving control ECU 18 predicts a request torque to the MG 12. A control unit realized by the motor driving control ECU 18 changes the carrier frequency of the PCU 14 when the prediction unit predicts that the request torque to the MG 12 increases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】モータへの要求トルクが大きくなる場合にキャリア周波数を確実に変更する。【解決手段】PCU14は、キャリア周波数に応じて変調した駆動信号を供給することで、移動体の動力源としてのMG12を駆動する。モータ駆動制御ECU18によって実現される予測部は、MG12への要求トルクを予測する。そして、モータ駆動制御ECU18によって実現される制御部は、予測部によってMG12への要求トルクが大きくなると予測された場合に、PCU14のキャリア周波数を変更する。【選択図】図1
