The arithmetic device 124 generates patrol control signals controlling the propulsion device 110 to fly the flight vehicle 100 along a first patrol route, and generates interception control signals controlling the propulsion device 110 to fly the flight vehicle 100 toward a movable object based on information of the movable object to be intercepted by the flight vehicle 100.
