To provide a vehicle member with charging/discharging functions that utilizes a carbon fiber.SOLUTION: A vehicle member comprises: a first cell part 100 constituted from a first cathode part 110 composed of a carbon fiber and a first anode part 120 being in contact with one face of the first cathode part and containing an anode active material and a solid electrolyte, with a first via hole 101 formed that penetrates the first cathode part and the first anode part; a second cell part 200 constituted from a second cathode part 210 composed of a carbon fiber and a second anode part 220 being in contact with one face of the second cathode part and containing an anode active material and a solid electrolyte; an insulating layer 300 being interposed between the first face of the first cell part and the second face of the second cell part, for insulating the first cell part from the second cell part, with an insulating via hole 301 formed that communicates with the first via hole formed in the first cell; a series connecting body 400 for connecting the first cathode part of the first cell part and the second anode part of the second cell part in series via the first via hole and the insulating via hole; an anode current collector 500 connected to the first anode part; and a cathode current collector 600 connected to the second cathode part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
