To provide a swing stop system capable of attenuating both an initial swing due to a dynamic lift-off and the swing due to conveyance after the dynamic lift-off.SOLUTION: A hoisting conveyance device comprises: first driving means 2 for transporting means; second driving means 4 for hoisting means; rope angle detecting means 7 for detecting an axial angle of a hoisting rope; and control means 9 for controlling a drive state by the driving means. The control means 9 comprises: a conveyance control part for controlling the movement of the transporting means; a lifting control part for controlling the lifting of suspended loads to a predetermined height; and a determination part for determining a suspended load state. The conveyance control part 9 guides the axial angle of the hoisting rope 5 in the vertical direction while referring to the state of the suspended load M determined by the determination part. The hoisting conveyance device comprises suspended load angle detecting means 8, and the determination part determines the state of the suspended load M with a detected value by the suspended load angle detecting means 8. The conveyance control part guides a direction from the center of gravity of the suspended load M to a tip of the hoisting rope 5 in the vertical direction with the hoisting rope axial line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】地切りによる初期振れと地切り後の搬送による振れとの双方を減衰させることができる振れ止めシステムを提供する。【解決手段】巻上搬送装置は、移動手段のための第1の駆動手段2と、揚上手段のための第2の駆動手段4と、巻上ロープの軸線方向の角度を検出するロープ角検出手段7と、駆動手段による駆動状態を制御する制御手段9とを備える。制御手段9は、移動手段の移動を制御する搬送制御部と、吊荷を所定の高さまでの揚上を制御する揚上制御部と、吊荷の状態を判別する判別部とを備える。搬送制御部9は、判別部によって判別される吊荷Mの状態を参照しつつ、巻上ロープ5の軸線方向の角度を鉛直方向に誘導する。巻上搬送装置は吊荷角検出手段8をさらに備え、判別部は吊荷角検出手段8による検出値を併せて吊荷Mの状態を判別し、搬送制御部は、吊荷Mの重心から巻上ロープ5の先端に至る方向を、巻上ロープの軸線と併せて鉛直方向に誘導する。【選択図】図1
