To provide a control device for a fuel cell vehicle and the fuel cell vehicle which accurately predict a decrease in the vehicle speed of the fuel cell vehicle towing a towed vehicle, and which, when the decrease in the vehicle speed is predicted, notify a driver of the fact.SOLUTION: A control device 3 for a fuel cell vehicle 1 which travels with a fuel cell stack 4 as a power source and a motor 50 as a driving source, includes: an output limitation unit for limiting the output of a fuel cell when a temperature correlation value correlated with the temperature of the fuel cell indicates that the temperature is equal to or higher than a temperature threshold; a calculation unit for calculating the weight of a towed vehicle; a gradient acquisition unit for acquiring upward gradients at respective points in a planned traveling route along which the fuel cell vehicle's traveling is planned; and a prediction unit for predicting, on the basis of the weight of the towed vehicle and the upward gradients, whether the output of the fuel cell is limited by the output limitation unit during the fuel cell vehicle's traveling while towing the towed vehicle. When it is predicted by the prediction unit that the output of the fuel cell is limited, the control device gives, through a notification unit, notification of a warning that there is the possibility of a decrease in the vehicle speed of the fuel cell vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】被牽引車を牽引する燃料電池車の車速の低下を精度よく予測し、車速の低下が予測される場合には、その旨を運転者に報知する燃料電池車の制御装置及び燃料電池車を提供する。【解決手段】燃料電池スタック4を電力源としモータ50を駆動源として走行する燃料電池車1の制御装置3は、燃料電池の温度に相関する温度相関値が温度が温度閾値以上である場合に燃料電池の出力を制限する出力制限部と、被牽引車の重量を算出する算出部と、燃料電池車の走行が予定される走行予定経路中の各地点での上り勾配を取得する勾配取得部と、被牽引車の重量及び上り勾配に基づき、燃料電池車が被牽引車を走行している最中に出力制限部により燃料電池の出力が制限されるか否かを予測する予測部と、を備える。予測部により燃料電池の出力が制限されると予測された場合、報知部を通じて燃料電池車の車速が低下する可能性がある旨の警告を報知する。【選択図】図1
