To provide a method, apparatus, device, and storage medium for defending against attacks, which can be used in a smart traffic or autonomous driving scenario.SOLUTION: A method of defending against attacks is provided, comprising: acquiring an instruction set including at least one instruction for controlling the vehicle state (S201); comparing each instruction of the instruction set with at least one attack instruction in an attack behavior knowledge base to determine a maximum similarity value corresponding to each instruction (S202); and determining the type of the instruction and of the processing tactics for arbitrary instruction in the instruction set according to the maximum similarity value corresponding to each instruction and a preset similarity range (S203).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
