To provide a control device for an electric booster which can suppress generation of sound and vibration due to a negative pressure of a piston chamber during pressure holding control.SOLUTION: A control device (100) of an electric booster (10) includes a motor control part (110) for controlling a rotation speed of an electric motor (21), in which the motor control part (110) restricts the rotation speed of the electric motor (21) when it is estimated that a brake pedal (11) is returned and a master cylinder pressure becomes a negative pressure during establishment of an execution condition of pressure holding control of holding a wheel cylinder pressure by closing a liquid passage between a master cylinder (14) and a brake liquid pressure unit (20).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
