To provide an engine driven power generator capable of preventing a battery from being exposed to a low temperature while enhancing heat radiation of a stator.SOLUTION: An engine driven power generator comprises: an engine 41; and a power generator 42 which generates electric power with drive of the engine 41. The engine driven power generator also includes a housing 71 which has heat conductivity and allows a battery 31 to be installed thereon. The housing 71 is installed so as to be able to receive heat of a stator 61 mounted on the power generator 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
