In the first processing, a valve device is held in an air supply state or an air exhaust state until a seat part reaches a target range R, if a distance from a target height Pter exceeds a prescribed value δ, when moving a height P of the seat part from outside of the target range R to the target height Pter. In the second processing, a holding time of the air supply state or the air exhaust state is determined, on the basis of a sum of a proportional term of a dimension corresponding to a magnitude of a deviation between the seat part and the target height Pter, and a speed correction term acting so that the magnitude of the deviation decreases as secular change of the deviation increases, if the distance from the target height Pter is equal to or less than the prescribed value δ.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
