Then, on the basis of the detected voltage level, it is diagnosed whether the boost control IC 8 is in a faulty state. Even when the battery voltage becomes lower than an operating voltage of a control circuit, a power generation unit that receives a voltage boosted by the boost control IC8 secures the operating power supply of the control circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
