To efficiently control a surface temperature of a reclining seat, while adding the effect of solar radiation and the effect of air-conditioning air.SOLUTION: A first temperature change rate indicating a temperature change of a reclining seat, which is fluctuated due to solar radiation intruding into a vehicle, is determined at each reclining angle. A second temperature change rate indicating a temperature change of a reclining seat, which is fluctuated by taking air-conditioning air into a ventilation hole, is determined at each reclining angle. The reclining angle is set on the basis of a third temperature change rate in which the first and second temperature change rates are added up.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
