To provide a storage battery state providing method, a storage battery state providing device, and a computer program that allow users to easily recognize states of storage batteries.SOLUTION: A storage battery state providing method includes: installing storage battery state providing software on a user terminal device including a reception unit and an output unit, and setting the reception unit so as to be able to receive storage battery information from a storage battery mounted on a vehicle by using communication; receiving, by the reception unit by using communication, the storage battery information recorded when the storage battery is in a predetermined condition; and outputting the state of the storage battery based on the storage battery information received by the reception unit to the output unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
