To provide a non-energized avoidance structure of a ship using a low flash point fuel capable of avoiding the non-energized state (power cutoff) of a RORO compartment even if an instrument to keep an air lock space in a pressurized state breaks down, capable of avoiding an influence on a loaded vehicle, and capable of avoiding intrusion of LNG fuel gas leaked from a fuel adjustment chamber etc. into the RORO compartment even if both doors between the fuel adjustment chamber and the air lock space, and between the air lock space and the RORO compartment are open.SOLUTION: A ship using a low flash point fuel has: an air lock space which is a fuel adjustment chamber of a first-grade hazardous place or a second-grade hazardous place adjacent to a bunker station via a gas-tight door; a non-energized avoidance compartment adjacent to the air lock space via the gas-tight door; and a non-energized avoidance compartment adjacent to a RORO compartment via the air tight door.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
