To provide an oceanic condition measurement device capable of performing highly accurate measurement with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: On an oceanic condition measurement buoy having a structure floating on a water surface to vertically move following the water surface, an antenna and a GNSS receiver, a processor for calculating oceanic condition information from three-dimensional position information acquired by the GNSS receiver and an oceanic condition estimation model preliminarily acquired by machine learning, and a communication device for transmitting the oceanic condition information acquired by the processor are mounted. The oceanic condition information estimation model includes an oceanic condition information measurement device for causing a buoy to float for receiving influence of the same oceanic condition as the oceanic condition information measurement buoy and measuring oceanic condition information received by the buoy, and supplies the three-dimensional position information received by the GNSS receiver of the buoy and measured oceanic condition information measured by the oceanic condition information measurement device to a computer. The oceanic condition information measurement buoy is acquired by performing machine learning with the three-dimensional position information and the measured oceanic condition information as training data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡単な構成で、高精度な測定を行なうことができる海況情報測定装置を提供する。【解決手段】水面上に浮かぶ構造とされ、水面に追従して上下動する海況情報測定ブイであって、アンテナ及びGNSS受信機と、GNSS受信機により得られた3次元位置情報及び予め機械学習によって求められている海況情報推定モデルとから海況情報を計算する処理装置と、処理装置により求められた海況情報を送信する通信装置とが搭載され、海況情報推定モデルは、海況情報測定ブイと同様の海況の影響を受けるブイを浮かべると共に、ブイが受ける海況情報を測定する海況情報測定器を設け、ブイのGNSS受信機が受信した3次元位置情報及び海況情報測定器により測定された測定海況情報をコンピュータに供給し、3次元位置情報及び測定海況情報を訓練データとして機械学習を行うことによって求められたものである海況情報測定ブイである。【選択図】図1
