To improve assemblability of a bellows to inhibit deterioration of dust resistance and waterproofness.SOLUTION: A steering device 1 includes: a pinion shaft 60 having a pinion teeth 60a; a rack shaft 61 which has a rack teeth 61a to be engaged with the pinion teeth 60a of the pinion shaft 60 and which steers a steering wheel 11 of a vehicle through a tie rod 12 connected to the steering wheel 11 and a joint (a ball joint 7); a housing 62 which rotatably houses the pinion shaft 60 and houses the rack shaft 61 in a manner that the rack shaft 61 can move in an axial direction; and a bellows 64 which is engaged with the housing 62 at one end part (a first collar 641) and engaged with the tie rod 12 at the other end part (a second collar 642) so as to cover the joint. The one end part of the bellows 64 is provided with a first through hole 651. A first protrusion part 511 which fits in the first through hole 651 is formed at a first engagement part 51, with which the one end part of the bellows 64 is engaged, of the housing 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
