To provide a riding-type work machine that can be driven at low speed where a travelling machine body is readily used even when an operator is positioned on the ground.SOLUTION: A riding-type work machine includes: a travel gear changing operation path 55 formed in an operation panel 28; a gear changing lever 33 capable of operating a travelling gear changing device by being movably operated along the travel gear changing operation path 55; and a restraint member 70 for blocking a high-speed travel region on a high-speed side as compared to a low-speed travel region LS of the travel gear changing operation path 55.
