To solve the problem in that, in a case where a resin panel is bonded to a flange part of a roof side rail in a resin window structure provided on a vehicle roof, an adhesive is applied with a sufficient width to ensure an appropriate adhesive force, with the result that an adhesive application part decreases flexibility relative to displacement of the resin panel in a surface direction and ends up easy progress of deterioration.SOLUTION: A projection 11 is provided on a resin panel 10 to reduce a coating width 6a of an adhesive 6 to enhance the flexibility of the resin panel 10 against displacement in a surface direction due to thermal expansion and contraction thereof. Increasing the flexibility of the resin panel inhibits its deterioration, and reducing peeling stress and shearing stress thereof can increase the durability of adhesive strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】車両のルーフに設ける樹脂ウインドウ構造において、樹脂パネルをルーフサイドレールのフランジ部に接着する場合に、適切な接着力を確保するため接着剤を十分な幅で塗布する結果、樹脂パネルの面方向の変位に対して接着剤塗布部の柔軟性が低下して劣化が進行しやすくなる。【解決手段】樹脂パネル10に突出部11を設けて接着剤6の塗布幅6aを小さくして、樹脂パネル10の熱伸縮による面方向の変位に対してその柔軟性を高める。柔軟性を高めることで、その劣化を抑制するとともに、剥離応力及びせん断応力を小さくして接着力の耐久性を高めることができる。【選択図】図2
