To solve the following problem in which an auxiliary power supply by recycling of an electric vehicle battery and a power generation type engine is established and a power storage system technology used for utilization of a power generation system and a charging system is achieved.SOLUTION: By recycling a scraped battery member for vehicle and power generation engine function, a power storage system can be achieved. This makes it possible to ensure diversity of power consumption and power supply recovery upon occurrence of a blackout.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
