To improve accuracy of abnormality detection without creating a detection rule for each vehicle with a different communication specification of an in-vehicle system.SOLUTION: A communication abnormality detection unit 34 determines communication abnormality on the basis of a detection rule 36 for data (CAN communication frame) received by a CAN communication unit 32. A false detection learning unit 44 compares a type of data determined to be communication abnormality in a current trip by the communication abnormality detection unit 34 with a type of data determined to be communication abnormality in a previous trip by the communication abnormality detection unit 34. Then, the false detection learning unit 44 sets the type of data determined to be communication abnormality in each of the two trips (n=2) of the current trip and the previous trip to a suppression target to suppress the type of data from being determined to be communication abnormality by the communication abnormality detection unit 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
