To provide a tire wear estimation system, a tire wear estimation program, and a tire wear estimation method that can achieve high wear estimation accuracy even when mainly driving at low speeds.SOLUTION: A tire wear estimation system includes the steps of: acquiring a strain signal output from a strain sensor 115 provided on an inner surface or inside of a pneumatic tire 10; and estimating a wear state of a tread portion of the pneumatic tire 10 based on a strain signal (Bo) output at timing of kicking out from a road surface of a ground contact area Ac of a tread portion corresponding to the strain sensor 115 and a reference value of the strain signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
