To provide a lid fitting structure of a railway vehicle ceiling inspection facility whose opening/closing mechanism does not appear above the surface and lid can be easily detached.SOLUTION: A lid fitting structure 1 of a railway vehicle ceiling inspection facility is constituted of four kinds of metal fittings which consist of a support side ceiling metal fitting 10 and an open side ceiling metal fitting 30 both attached to a ceiling 2 and a support side lid metal fitting 20 and an open side lid metal fitting 40 both attached to a lid 4. The support side ceiling metal fitting 10 comprises an engaging part 11 which is able to engage upward and a guide part 12 arranged in a higher position than the engaging part 11. On the other hand, the support side lid metal fitting 20 has a downward engaging part 21 which is able to be engaged with the engaging part 11. The engaging part 21 has a structure which is able to slidably contact upward along the guide part 12. In a state in which the lid 4 elevates along the guide part 12 to the position where the lid closes an access port 3a, a suction part 22 of the support side lid metal fitting 20 is adsorbed to a magnet 15 under the support side ceiling metal fitting 10 and is fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】開閉機構が表面に表れることなく、且つ、蓋を容易に取り外すことが可能な鉄道車両の天井点検設備の蓋取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】鉄道車両の天井点検設備の蓋取付構造1は、天井2に取り付けられる支持側天井金具10及び開放側天井金具30、蓋4に取り付けられる支持側蓋金具20及び開放側蓋金具40の4種類の金具から構成されている。このうち支持側天井金具10には、上向きに係合可能な係合部11と、この係合部11より高位置に配置されるガイド部12とを備えている。一方、支持側蓋金具20には、係合部11と係合可能な下向の係合部21を備えている。係合部21には、ガイド部12に沿って上方へ摺接可能な構造を有している。蓋4が点検口3aを閉じる位置までガイド部12に沿って上昇した状態で、支持側天井金具10の下方のマグネット15に、支持側蓋金具20の吸着部22が吸着して固定される。【選択図】図1
