To provide a disc type vertical take-off and landing aircraft which can be accurately floated although having a heavy weight.SOLUTION: A disc type vertical take-off and landing aircraft 1 includes: a skirt 2 of a structure that is increasingly widened downward; a discoidal rotor 3 which is disposed at the underside of the skirt 2 and rotates relative to the skirt 2; and a plurality of blades 4 which are raised on a top face of the rotor 3 and radially arranged from a center of the rotor 3, wherein notches 4a are formed respectively on the plurality of blades 4. In the disc type vertical take-off and landing aircraft, when the rotor 3 rotates, an airflow F is generated along the blades 4 rotating with the rotor 3 according to centrifugal force, and the airflow F swirls according to a stream of air overriding the notches 4a of the blades 4 and flowing in a direction that is substantially orthogonal to the blades 4, and further, the airflow F flows in a radial direction of the rotor 3 along the blades 4 while swirling spirally to be ejected downward by the skirt 2 so that the aircraft floats.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】重量がある場合でも的確に浮上させることが可能な円盤型垂直離着陸機を提供する。【解決手段】円盤型垂直離着陸機1は、下方に向かうほど広がる構造のスカート2と、スカート2の下側に配置され、スカート2に対して回転する円板状のローター3と、ローター3の上面に立設され、ローター3の中心から放射状に配置された複数のブレード4とを備え、複数のブレード4には、それぞれ切り欠き4aが形成されており、ローター3が回転すると、遠心力により、ローター3とともに回転するブレード4に沿う気流Fが生じるとともに、ブレード4の切り欠き4aを乗り越えてブレード4に略直行する方向に流れる空気の流れにより気流Fが渦を巻き、気流Fが螺旋状に渦巻きながらブレード4に沿ってローター3の半径方向に流れてスカート2により下方に排出されることで浮上する。【選択図】図6
