To provide a passenger compartment air conditioner which enables wind blown from an air outlet to reach both end parts of a passenger compartment as seen in a width direction to improve comfort of occupants.SOLUTION: A passenger compartment air conditioner 1 includes: an air outlet 2 which is provided at a portion of an instrument panel 105 located at a center part of a vehicle 100 as seen in a width direction and blows air to the rear side and the upper side of a passenger compartment 101; and airflow guide components 3, 4 which are provided at a center part of a ceiling portion of the vehicle 100 and guide the wind blown from the air outlet 2 to both sides of the center part as seen in the width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
