To provide a wireless power supply system, a power transmission device, and a road installation block that can improve the usefulness of a wireless power supply technology that supplies power wirelessly to a mobile body.SOLUTION: A wireless power transmission system 1 includes a protrusion 42, a power transmission device 2, and a power reception device 3. The protrusion 42 protrudes vertically upward to form a step against a road surface 4. The power transmission device 2 includes a power transmission coil 21 that transmits power wirelessly. At least a part of the power transmission coil 21 is housed in the protruding 42.
