To allow for externally recognizing a state of progress of learning based on learning control.SOLUTION: When an engagement standby pressure of a hydraulic frictional engagement device involved in gear changes of an automatic transmission is learning-controlled, a progress rate is obtained as a state of progress of learning by a progress analysis unit (S2 and S3) and is displayed on a display device by a progress transmission unit (S4), so that the progress rate of learning about the engagement standby pressure can be externally recognized at the time of vehicle inspection or the like. Thus, an operation of accelerating learning about the engagement standby pressure is allowed to be performed as needed in the case of the progress rate lower than a recommended value or the like, and gear change control of the automatic transmission using a learned value is appropriately performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11

    【課題】学習制御による学習の進捗状況を外部から把握できるようにする。【解決手段】自動変速機の変速に関与する油圧式摩擦係合装置の係合待機圧が学習制御される場合に、その学習の進捗状況として進捗率が進捗状況解析部(S2、S3)によって求められるとともに進捗状況伝達部(S4)によって表示装置に表示されるため、車両の点検時などに外部から係合待機圧に関する学習の進捗率を把握することができる。これにより、進捗率が推奨値よりも低い場合など、必要に応じて係合待機圧に関する学習を促進する作業を行なうことが可能で、その学習値を用いた自動変速機の変速制御が適切に行なわれるようになる。【選択図】図11
