To provide a loader allowing for smoothly loading a cargo at low cost.SOLUTION: A loader 10 has a slider member 14 that is installed in a cargo-handling yard Y for loading into a container and formed with a plurality of protrusions 14A in an upper surface on which pallets P are to be rested, a winder 16 that is provided on a downstream side of the slider member 14 in a transport direction M of the pallet P, traction members 18 that are arranged oppositely with respect to a direction orthogonal to the transport direction M of the pallet P and to be wound up by the winder 16, a push member 40 that is pressed against a side face of the pallet P, and coupling members 20 that are provided at both end portions of the push member 40 and couple the traction members 18 attachably/detachably.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
