To facilitate achieving of both expansion of a communication range of an unmanned flight vehicle and suppression of communication cost.SOLUTION: An unmanned flight vehicle 11 uses a calculation unit 14B to calculate a clearance between the unmanned flight vehicle 11 and a controller 21, uses a search unit 14C to search for an available moving body communication line 100 when the clearance exceeds a predetermined threshold in a case where the unmanned flight vehicle 11 and the controller 21 perform direct communicate with each other, and uses a communication continuation processing unit 14D to perform predetermined processing for continuing the communication depending on the search result. The unmanned flight vehicle 11, the controller 21 and a management device 31 may be linked to a block-chain network 41 by performing communication via the block-chain network 41 in association with the processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】無人飛行体の通信範囲の拡大と通信コストの抑制とを両立し易くする。【解決手段】無人飛行体11は、算出部14Bにより当該無人飛行体11とコントローラ21との間の離間距離を算出し、当該無人飛行体11とコントローラ21とが直接的な通信を行っている場合に、離間距離が予め定めた閾値を超えると、検索部14Cにより、利用可能な移動体通信回線100を検索し、通信継続処理部14Dにより、検索結果に応じて通信を継続させる所定の処理を行う。また、無人飛行体11、コントローラ21、及び管理装置31は、処理に伴ってブロックチェーンネットワーク41を介した通信を行うことによってブロックチェーンネットワーク41と連係してもよい。【選択図】図2
