To provide an arcing horn for insulators by which a pin part of clevis metal fitting of an insulator for supporting electric wires can be visually inspected and falling due to rust can be prevented.SOLUTION: An arcing horn 1 is constituted of a fixed horn 3 with a base end part attached via a mounting fitting metal 7 to a clevis metal fitting G3 of an insulator G and extending in a sideward, and a movable horn 2 that can adjust a gap with the fixed horn 3 via a band metal fitting 4 fixable by adjusting a rotation position around a gap G4. The mounting fitting metal 7 is a pair of fitting blocks 9 respectively engaged so as to discontinue rotation around the bolt hole to a two-legs part G6, and is provided with one in which the base end of the fixed horn 3 is fixed to any one, and a bolt 8a and nut 8b fastening and fixing by penetrating together with an engaging block 9 to the two-leg part G6. A pin portion G4 of the clevis metal fitting G3 is widely exposed by fixing so as to receive the two-legs part G6 in a concave 9a, at a position of a bolt hole with a distance below from a branching point of a shade section G2 and the two-legs part G6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 電線支持用碍子のクレビス金具のピン部を目視点検でき、錆による脱落を防止する碍子用アークホーンを提供する。【解決手段】 アークホーン1は、碍子Gのクレビス金具G3に取付金具7を介して基端部が取り付けられ側方へ延出する固定ホーン3と、キャップG4周りの回転位置を調節して固定可能なバンド金具4を介して固定ホーン3とのギャップを調整可能な可動ホーン2とから構成する。取付金具7は、二股脚部G6にボルト孔周りに回り止めするようにそれぞれ係合する一対の嵌合ブロック9であって、いずれか一方に固定ホーン3の基端が固着されたものと、二股脚部G6に嵌合ブロック9もろとも貫通して締め込み固定するボルト8aナット8bとを具備する。笠部G2と二股脚部G6の分岐点より下方に間隔をあけたボルト孔の位置に、二股脚部G6を凹部9aに受け入れるように固定することによりクレビス金具G3のピン部G4を広く露出させる。【選択図】 図1
