To reduce the number of valve drive circuits, and thus, to simplify configuration of the whole system.SOLUTION: A switching circuit 76 is provided between six control objects comprising first attenuation force control valves 10, 14, second attenuation force control valves 11, 15, and front and rear bridge valves 17, 20, and four valve drive circuits 72, 73, 74, 75. By controlling operation of the switching circuit 76, drive signals from the valve drive circuits 72, 73, 74, 75 are selectively supplied to the first attenuation force control valves 10, 14, the second attenuation force control valves 11, 15, the front bridge valve 17 and the rear bridge valve 20, whereby attenuation forces of a left front hydraulic cylinder 1, a right front hydraulic cylinder 2, a left rear hydraulic cylinder 3, and a right rear hydraulic cylinder 4 during expansion and contraction can be controlled according to vehicle running state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
