To provide a rover which can achieve sufficient traveling performance in uphill travelling on a regolith sediment slope.SOLUTION: A rover includes: a vehicle body (10); left and right wheels (20, 30); left and right axles (114, 124) which are supported by the vehicle body and respectively coupled to the left and right wheels; a rotation driving part (10B) for rotating the left and right axles; and a stabilizer (40) for preventing co-rotation of the vehicle body occurring in conjunction with rotation of the wheels. The left and right wheels are respectively coupled to the left and right axles in an eccentric (306) manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
