To provide a work vehicle coordination system and a high-lift work vehicle that can improve operability while maintaining work efficiency in joint work between a work vehicle and a high-lift work vehicle using other work machine.SOLUTION: A work vehicle coordination system 1 includes: a high-lift work vehicle 2 equipped with a bucket 10; a crane 30 that is a work vehicle equipped with a boom 38 that can be raised and lowered via a slewing platform 36; and an operation terminal 14. The high-lift work vehicle 2 is equipped with a communication device 12 that sends and receives control signals. The crane 30 is equipped with a crane side communication device 51 that sends and receives the control signals. The bucket 10 is equipped with an operation terminal 14. The operation terminal 14 is equipped with a control unit 29 that generates at least one of the control signals for the crane 30 and the control signal for the high-lift work vehicle 2 based on the operation of a switching operation tool 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
