To suppress more than ever, interference with an occupant in the deployment process of a curtain shield airbag.SOLUTION: A curtain shield airbag 20 is housed in an end portion of a passenger compartment ceiling in a vehicle width direction, and expands downward from the end portion to cover a side surface of the passenger compartment. When the curtain shield airbag 20 is housed in the ceiling of the passenger compartment, a lower end 21 is folded back inward in the vehicle width direction, in an externally-wound-roll state where the curtain shield airbag is wound outward in the vehicle width direction around a folded-back line 24 as a winding center, so as to be housed in the ceiling of the passenger compartment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
