To provide a vehicle cooling device which enables reduction of noise of a cooling fan while inhibiting hot air from coming around an inlet of an electric fan from a heat source disposed behind the electric fan.SOLUTION: A vehicle cooling device 10 includes: a radiator 2 for a fuel battery; an electric fan 3 disposed behind the radiator 2 for the fuel battery; and a fan shroud 4 which covers the rear side of the radiator 2 for the fuel battery in a periphery of the electric fan 3. The fan shroud 4 has an opening 41 which penetrates through the fan shroud 4 in an anteroposterior direction to allow travel wind of the vehicle to pass through the radiator 2 for the fuel battery. The fan shroud 4 is provided with a separation wall 42 protruding from between an outer periphery 34 of the electric fan 3 and the opening 41 to the radiator 2 for the fuel battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
