To stabilize and improve lock strength by restraining an amount of deformation of a lock member when receiving an impact load in a longitudinal direction.SOLUTION: A lock member 117 is installed on an upper rail 105 at a rocking fulcrum part 151 and has a plurality of lock teeth 125b (125b1-125b10) along a longitudinal direction on both right and left sides at a rear side end of the locking fulcrum part 151. A plurality of lock grooves 127 with which the lock teeth 125b engage from below are provided in the longitudinal direction on right and left lower inside walls 103e of a lower rail 103. The plurality of lock grooves 127 have an equal groove width in the longitudinal direction to each other in design. Among the plurality of lock teeth 125b, a rear side end of the lock tooth 125b1 positioned on the front side in the longitudinal direction makes contacts with an end of the lock groove 127 with which the lock tooth 125b1 engages. Among the plurality of lock teeth 125b, a front side end of the lock tooth 125b5 positioned on the rear side in a vehicle longitudinal direction makes contacts with the end of the lock groove 127 with which the lock tooth 125b5 engages.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14

    【課題】前後方向に衝撃荷重を受けたときに、ロック部材の変形量を抑制してロック強度の安定と向上を図る。【解決手段】ロック部材117は、アッパレール105に揺動支点部151で取り付けられ、揺動支点部151の後方側の端部に、左右両側に前後方向に沿って複数のロック歯125b(125b1〜125b10)を備える。ロアレール103の左右のロア内側壁103eには、ロック歯125bが下方から係合するロック溝127を前後方向に複数備える。複数のロック溝127は、前後方向の溝幅が設計上互いに等しい。複数のロック歯125bのうち前後方向の前側に位置するロック歯125b1の後側端部が、このロック歯125b1が係合するロック溝127の端部と接触する。複数のロック歯125bのうち車両前後方向の後側に位置するロック歯125b5の前側端部が、このロック歯125b5が係合するロック溝127の端部と接触する。【選択図】図14
