To provide a side stand switch that suppresses a variability in the magnitude of torque which causes a relative rotation between a rotor main body and a torque receiving member while preventing the rotor main body from being cracked.SOLUTION: A side stand switch includes: a rotor member 32 which is rotatable in synchronization with a side stand bar 3 and which includes a movable contact 54; a casing member 31 which holds the rotor member 32 so as to be rotatable and which includes a stationary contact 43; and a switch unit 5 that changes an electrical connection state between the movable contact 54 and the stationary contact 43 in response to the rotation of the rotor member 32. The rotor member 32 has an insertion hole 56 that passes completely through in the rotation axis direction, and includes: a rotor main body 51 formed of a resin; and a torque receiving member 52 which is engaged with the interior of the insertion hole 51 so as to be relatively rotatable to the rotor main body 51, and which is formed of a metal.
