    【課題】突風の発生等の気象の変化についてのより正確な運行情報を提供することが可能な運行情報提示装置を提供する。【解決手段】レーダ局Rにより気象情報が取得される高度において気象が変化している突風領域GAにおける風速差を算出し、その風速差に基づいて地上における風速差を算出し、算出された地上における風速差に基づいて、列車運行に関する運行情報であって、突風領域GAの位置を示す位置情報及び当該地上における風速差に対応した風速を示す情報を含む運行情報を生成し、例えば運行指令室内のディスプレイに表示する。【選択図】図1
