To provide a light source device which precisely dims adaptively to a light source including a plurality of wavelength components, an optical scanner, a display system, a moving body, a control method for light source device, and a wavelength estimation method which precisely estimates a wavelength of the light source including the plurality of wavelength components.SOLUTION: A light source device 11 comprises a plurality of light source elements 111(r), 111(g) and 111(b) which emit a plurality of laser light beams of mutually different color components, and a light output detection part 119 which detects light output of the plurality of light source elements, and a first light source element 111(g) included in the plurality of light source elements has nonlinear characteristics of relation between a weighted average wavelength obtained by weighting and averaging the plurality of wavelength components and the light outputs, and also controls a ratio of the respective light outputs of the plurality of light sources based upon a detection result of the light output detection part and the nonlinear characteristics.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
