To prevent that an impulsive force inputted into a case becomes local.SOLUTION: A parking mechanism comprises: a transmission case 10; a parking pole 5 having an engagement part 51 and an operated part 53 which are engaged with the parking gear 9, and pivoted by a turning shaft X1 so as to be oscillatory; a parking rod 6 abutting on the parking pole 5, and having a cam 6 for turning the parking pole 5 in a direction in which the engagement part 51 is engaged with the parking gear 9; a spring Sp2 for separating the engagement part 51 from the parking gear 9, and energizing it so as to abut on the cam 6; and a stopper member 7 for locking the parking pole 5 while withstanding an energization force of the spring Sp2. Contact faces of the parking pole 5 and the stopper member 7 face-contact with each other, and an inclination face 52c of the parking pole 5 and an inclination face 71c of the stopper member 7 are inclined to the turning shaft X1 when viewed from the turning shat X1 direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
