To solve such a problem that there is a technique such as lowering the hardness of a cap tread rubber in order to enhance a wet traction performance, but the technique aggravates the steering stability and rolling resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a heavy-duty pneumatic tire in which an under-tread rubber includes the carbon black whose nitrogen adsorption specific surface area is in a range of 70 to 130 m2/g; tanδ at 60°C (tanδ@60°C(UT)) of the rubber is in the range of 0.03 to 0.10; storage modulus at 20°C (E'@20°C(UT)) of the rubber is in the range of 3.0 to 5.5; and tanδ at 60°C (tanδ@60°C(UT)) of an upper bead filler, storage modulus at 20°C (E'@20°C(UT)) of a lower bead filler and a mass relation of the cap tread rubber with an under-tread rubber are specified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
