To provide a cooling device for a vehicular motor which does not result in an increase in dimension of a component and in an increase in costs, and which ensures a vehicle to run even of either one of a supplying-side pump or a discharging-side pump becomes malfunction.SOLUTION: A cooling device for a vehicular motor includes: a first cooling circuit 7 that supplies a coolant reserved in a reservoir 3 to the interior of a motor housing 2; a second cooling circuit 8 which discharges the coolant supplied to the interior of the motor housing 2 to the exterior of the motor housing 2, and which reserves the discharged coolant in the reservoir 3; a first pump P1 provided at the first cooling circuit 7; a second pump P2 provided at the second cooling circuit 8; a third pump P3 provided in parallel with the second pump P2 at the second cooling circuit 8; and a change-over control unit 5 which disconnects either one of the second pump P2 or the third pump P3 from the second cooling circuit 8 when the first pump P1 becomes malfunction, and which builds the disconnected pump in the coolant flow channel in the first cooling circuit 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
