To provide an optical system, an illuminating system, a display system, and a moving body that uniformly and easily extract light from the whole area of an emitting surface.SOLUTION: A light guide member 1 comprises an incident surface 10 on which light is incident, and a first surface 11 and a second surface 12 opposed to each other. The second surface 12 is an emitting surface for the light. A prism 3 is provided in the first surface 11. The prism 3 reflects the light passing through the inside of the light guide member 1, toward the second surface 12. A light control body 2 is located between a light source 4 and the incident surface 10. The light control body 2 controls the light outputted from the light source 4 and incident on the incident surface 10. The light guide member 1 includes a direct light path L1. The direct light path L1 is a light path for allowing the light incident from the incident surface 10 to be directly reflected by the prism 3 and emitted from the second surface 12. The light control body 2 has a shape conversion function of converting a shape projected on a projection surface parallel to the incident surface 10, from a first shape of the light outputted from the light source 4, to a second shape of the light incident on the incident surface 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
