To suppress noise and wasteful power consumption when making a stop to allow passengers to get on/off a passenger transportation vehicle, and to reduce discomfort of passengers caused by temperature changes in a cabin due to inflow of outer air when the doors open.SOLUTION: A vehicular indoor environment controller includes: a stop timing prediction part 204 for predicting a stop timing of a vehicle at a get on/off position; and an air conditioning controller 206 for controlling an air conditioner. During air conditioning with an air conditioner, the air conditioning controller 206 starts up excessive air conditioning that is temporary excessive air conditioning using the air conditioner, before a stop timing predicted by the stop timing prediction part 204, whereas the air conditioning controller performs an operation decrease for weakening an operation of the air conditioner at least after opening the get on/off doors, to be lower than an operation of the air conditioner when the temporary excessive air conditioning is not performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
