To provide a cross member structure of a vehicle body which can effectively absorb a load input to the vehicle body side to protect a component.SOLUTION: A cross member structure of a vehicle body includes: a floor panel 2 provided at the lower side of a vehicle cabin in a vehicle body 10; side sills 3 provided at both sides of the floor panel 2 when viewed in a vehicle width direction and extending along an anteroposterior direction of the vehicle body 10; a cross member 4 extending along the vehicle width direction and connecting the side sills 3; and a reinforcement 5 provided between the cross member 4 and the floor panel 2 and extending along the vehicle width direction. The cross member 4 has a curve part 41 which curves at least one side of the vehicle body 10 in a vertical direction at the outer side as seen in the vehicle width direction of the reinforcement 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
