To provide a respiration support system capable of shifting to a desirable respiration state without feeling discomfort.SOLUTION: A respiration support system 1 includes a control part 10, detection means 2 connected to the control part to detect biological information of an occupant 20 seated on a seat, and a first notification part 21 and a second notification part 22 controlled by the control part to visually or aurally notify the occupant of the information, the detection means can detect a respiration state of the occupant, and the control part notifies the respiration state of the occupant detected by the detection means through the first notification part, and notifies a desirable respiration state as reference information 15 through the second notification part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
