In a state of inserting a collar 8 into an open hole 42a of the ring plate 42 from a rear end side and contacting a rear end face of the collar 8 to an inner bottom face of the recess, parts extending over the open edge of the open hole 42a and a front end part of the collar 8 are jointed by weld. A front face (external face exposed to a motor 51 side) of the ring plate 42 is cut so as to be formed into a flat face. In a state of contacting a rear face 51a of the motor 51 to a front face formed into the flat face on the ring plate 42, a male screw 9 is inserted from an insertion hole 43c on the inner bottom face of the recess, and the male screw 9 is caused to pass the inner hole of the collar 8 and is screwed to a rear face 51a of the motor 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
