To provide a park lock device which can reduce a cost of a sleeve guide.SOLUTION: In a park lock device 1 having a casing, a drive shaft, a gear member, a pole lock 9 arranged so as to be oscillatory, and prohibiting the rotation of the gear member and an engagement drive shaft, and an operation mechanism 11 for oscillating and operating the pole lock 9, the operation mechanism 11 has a rod 13, a sleeve 15 for pressing the pole lock 9, and oscillating the pole lock 9 in an engagement direction in which the pole lock is engaged with the gear member, and a sleeve guide 17 for guiding the movement of the sleeve 15. The sleeve guide 17 is provided with a regulation wall 19 for regulating the movement of the sleeve 15 to a side opposite to a pressing direction of the pole lock 9, and one sidewall 21 for regulating the movement of the sleeve 15 to one side in a direction orthogonal to the pressing direction of the pole lock 9. The casing 3 is provided with the other sidewall 23 for regulating the movement of the sleeve 15 to the other side in the direction orthogonal to the pressing direction of the pole lock 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
