To provide a fault part location support system in which a worker determines whether a symptom having a relationship to a derived symptom and having a high risk of changing a diagnosis result is left in an un-investigated item, and therefore, the worker can appropriately determine completion of diagnosis.SOLUTION: A fault part location support system presents a search procedure of a target asset when abnormality of the target asset occurs, obtains a search result and a determination result of a worker, identifies a fault location of the target asset, and supports diagnosis. The fault part location support system comprises: a search procedure generation unit which instructs a fault part location procedure to the worker by using fault knowledge data which records knowledge such as the fault of the target asset; and a diagnosis validity determination unit which determines whether an important search unexecuted item is left before diagnosis completion processing. The worker selects a fault part to confirm whether completion of fault search is valid, when performing fault part location work based on the fault knowledge data, and therefore, achieves search without overlooking to enhance the reliability of a fault search result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】作業員が未調査の項目に、派生している症状に関係性があり、かつ診断結果を変えてしまうリスクが高いものが残っているか判定することで、作業員に適切な診断の終了判断を可能とする故障箇所特定支援システムを提供することである。【解決手段】対象アセットの異常発生時に対象アセットの調査手順を提示するとともに作業者の調査結果及び判断結果を得て対象アセットの故障箇所の特定と診断の支援を行う故障箇所特定支援システムであって、対象アセットの故障などの知識を記録した故障知識データを用いて作業者に故障箇所特定手順を指示する調査手順生成ユニットと、診断終了処理前に重要な調査未実施項目が残っていないかを判定する診断妥当性判定ユニットとを備え、作業者が故障知識データに基づいた故障箇所特定作業を行う際に、故障箇所を選択して故障調査を終了することが妥当であるかを確認することで、見落としが無い調査を実現して故障調査結果の信頼性を向上することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
